Skills and loyalty points

Hello, i want to ask you if anyone know how it is works?
I had 112 shielding without loyalty points.
After loyalty points I had 115 shielding - but in highscores still 112.
I've advanced to 116 shielding week ago but in highscores there are still 112 skill. Why? When there will be 113 shielding?

Also I wonder how much time people need to advance: when im training now i need training time as 112 skill or i need time as 116 skill?

Well to understand the skill changes you need to get that skill works just like level (each skill requires more training to get than the skill before it). Just take 50% skill boost as an example.

example skill table: (real numbers would be different and much more. but they are unknown.)
1.000 hits to make shielding 112
1.080 hits to make shielding 113
1.200 hits to make shielding 114
1.360 hits to make shielding 115
1.560 hits to make shielding 116
1.700 hits to make shielding 117

When you started with 1.030 hits when the skill boost was introduced. With skill boost you have 115 skill and without (highscore) you have 112.

You have now 1.050 as an example. With skill boost that would make it 116 skill and without (highscore) you have 112.

When you hit the 1.080 hits you will advance to skill 113 on the highscores but you will not see it in game because ingame you have -> 1.620 hits so skill 116
The only way of knowing now if you advanced in base skill is to check the highscores.

On the topic of training: Lets say each minute of training gives you 1 hit. It does not matter what your skill is. The result is actually the same. And you still advance in base skill as fast as you would without a bonus. The only difference is the skill shown in game.

I hope this is a good explanation.

That's what I thought, thanks for the explanation! Anyway don't you think that's too complicated? I think cipsoft should write in highscores skills after bonus because you can't turn it off, delete or anything - it's permanent. Basically, I don't have 112 skill and but 116.

Yes I think aswell. But it would not be fair to the people who have low loyalty that I am much higher in the highscores than they. (with 45% I have nothing to complain about)

But I can tell you. Cipsoft is working on a way to view your base skills in game without the loyalty boost. :D

Well that represents the loyalty title.

Those 2 differ:

Loyalty title:
  • Points - Title
  • 50 - Scout of Tibia
  • 100 - Sentinel of Tibia
  • 200 - Steward of Tibia
  • 400 - Warden of Tibia
  • 1000 - Squire of Tibia
  • 2000 - Warrior of Tibia
  • 3000 - Keeper of Tibia
  • 4000 - Guardian of Tibia
  • 5000 - Sage of Tibia
Loyalty skill boost:
  • Points - Skillboost
  • 360 - 5%
  • 720 - 10%
  • 1080 - 15%
  • 1440 - 20%
  • 1800 - 25%
  • 2160 - 30%
  • 2520 - 35%
  • 2880 - 40%
  • 3240 - 45%
  • 3600 - 50%

You get a points for each day premium you were until that day.
This includes:
  • Vouchers
  • Free premium
  • Gamemaster premium time
  • Contest prize premium time
  • Each scroll you used ingame
  • Each scroll you used on your own account
They are called loyalty points.
From these loyalty points you get a "Loyalty title" and a "Loyalty skill boost"

The only difference here is that those have a different skill of distribution.

Difference is that game master got there premium for free because they were actively helping cipsoft. A sort of "salary" from cipsoft for the time they were game masters

Maybe I can make an article from this. I see that there are still a lot of questions over this subject. :D Let see if I have some time tomorrow to draw something up.
