It's nice that you implemented it
but kinda annoying, if it doesn't mark your Theard as "NEW POS HAS APPEARED"
Is it possible that you change it ?
If I Edit a Post => it's marked again on the top with the latest date of the edit? like a new Post

No shouldnt be like that if you edit a post, just make a new one if you want to bump it

Thats the problem, if you make a new Post after 2 Days, it still edit your last post

Since now, after 2 days post won't be connected into one.
For example:
If you wrote one post on 14 Feb 2014 20:00 then write another one after 1hour - you post will be connected into one.
If you wrote one post on 14 Feb 2014 20:00 then write another one 16 Feb 2014 21:40 - you post won't be connected
