Added new (suspected) secret achievements of the 2018 winter update.

I resubmitted Contender again with the correct number of points. I did it before but it wasn't updated so my points are still not adding up.
I also added Library Liberator & Running the Rift since they were missing from the list.
Hoping it gets updated this time hehe :3

Hi all! <3 Hope everyone is doing well! :3
I just submitted some of the achievements from the update to come to the list and one of the older ones because I noticed it was missing aha just trying to help out! :3
Some of the new ones: The Empire's Glory, A Study in Scarlett, Gryphon Rider, Sun and Sea, Hippofoddermus
Old one missing on the list: Exalted Battle Mage
AND "Scurge of Scarabs" should be removed... I think it was a typo one and well now there's 2 of the same achievement.
