for me, 1 hour. Because i try to collect maximun legion helmets i can, to sell on main land... so i get like 15k~~40k in legion helmets. For me money > xp

Nowdays ~20-30 minutes.

it takes with the rookguard quest, which is pretty nice to do considering u get gold and experience, about an hour because u have to walk alot, and ur instantly lvl 8

where can u get legion helmets except the quest?

Well, in "Old days" legion helmet was a loot from rotworms, now u can get only in rookgaard quest...
