Content fixes and changes

With today's server save we changed the following:
Your Community Managers
- Prey system: Additional slots were added to the loot containers of all rollable monsters.
- 20 Years Celebration: As originally intended, only premium players can wear the festive outfit.
- 20 Years Celebration: An achievement for the full festive outfit was added.
- First Dragon: The quest log entry "The First Dragon" is now set to "completed" after defeating the first dragon.
- First Dragon: To gain access to the First Dragon's lair, players must have defeated the four previous dragon bosses at least once.
