After a downtime, game worlds are now back online: We have fixed the issue with Exalted Cores. Players who experienced a failed fusion with untiered items after today's server save have received back both the destroyed fusion item and the gold that was spent. Players who experienced a failed fusion with tiered items have received the gold back. In regard to the tier loss of their fusion item, we ask them to please contact our customer support with details about their case. Also, the Market display issue of leg offers has been fixed. However, we had to cancel all active Market offers involving legs. The Market fee for these offers has been refunded.
