The following obsolete passage of the Extended Tibia Service Agreement will be removed by the end of April 2017: "If your payment was made by credit card or PayPal, you can also use the Withdraw or Refund button in the Payments History." The Refund button does not exist anymore and the Withdraw button is only available for unpaid bank transfers.
