How often do these weekend happens?

Its hard, its good and bad. Its really bad when ppl lose their houses but maybe the population of the server gets a bit higher. Which is good

Best option would be to make a char on that server and ask around, I mean lvl up a lvl 8 isnt hard :p Or ask on tibia.com forum on that server

Well I think that dragon lords in fenrock is underrated. I usually got around 800k/h there and its almost always free. Sure its a hassle to get there the first time but once you get the short cut its a good place. Also its good for bestiary, both dls and dl hatchlings there

Nice question but there are tons of them in the game. Really hard to choose some particular. Usually that is somewhere in the mount raid. Luckily there are a huge nember of them to choose from 8-) What do you mean with mount raid? Do you mean like a raid as the dragons (where draptor spawn) in Zao?...
