Exactly, I have been hunting this boss for a long time and I have never looted the helmet. On the other hand, I think that the rare loot of this boss are the chain legs. And for some reason I get excited every time I loot them . Even when I drop them out after it.

I think that maybe it happens because cipsoft keeps adding secret achievements. For example, today Guildstats.eu identified 191 and Tibia.com 192.
