Question about Titania EX

I've been debating on the possibility of giving the EX Trials a go now that I got to 443 so far as my GNB. I watched some videos on both Titania and Innocence. Innocence is pretty straightforward with the video I watched. Titania is mostly so, but my question is in regards to her Lightning attack.
The two ways to handle are either to have 6 people each take a hit, or have the tanks eat 3 each with the help of their invulnerablility actions. A lot of groups I've seen seem to want to go with the second option. My question is, as a GNB, when do I Superbollide for this in this situation? Do I eat one, then Superbollide the other two? It will last long enough to eat them without dying, right? I haven't tried this yet but I want to ensure I understand it before I attempt it.
