I am not able to check my daily experience i've gained, could anyone explain how does experience records work?

Can you tell me your character name? I'll check it.
We get experience history only for top players from each server.

my nickname is "beaw", but at the same time, a friend of mine whos nickname is "posiek kiler" can see his exp records eventhough he is not in top

Yes, because:
Your character Beaw have 267lvl druid. We are getting top 1000 druids from your world. You have to be (right now) at least 272lvl to be in top 1000 experience list.
Your firend Posiek kiler have 276lvl paladin - he is at 895th position on the top 1000 paladins from your world. That's why his experience history is saved
