Would it be something to have a feature that shows all the guilds somebody was in and how long

Just like tibiaring has now.
Because right now I look here for somebodies previous names and on tibiaring for their previous guilds.

That would be difficult I think. (I don't know how much get saved)

But at least this can be for the future.

Technically it's not easy to make - the problem is with world/name change and structure of our database.

Even now we have problems with insomnia entries or death list. When player change name and world, after 6 months (im not sure about it) there can be the same player on that world. Our system recognize it as old player which is not true.
To prevent from that information errors I have to reorganize database and our scripts which is really huge work.

Hmm that is indeed the difference. When a person changes his name in the database of tibiaring all the whole data of that person gets changed to the new name. That is why people have new names with an old death.

It is logical that it does not work like this then.
