Is there a way for guildstats.eu to adjust our deaths if we can verify our death was a compensated kick death or note that a particular death notation was compensated by the automated system in tibia?

Unfortunately, no

My thinking was, on-site here, maybe there could be some type of "Check Box" that we can check if it was a comp'd death. But understandable if that may not possible for just the data the site uses here.
