Various. Gives you the vampire doll, an achievement, the possibility to complete a quest, access to a part in vengoth ( if im not mistaken) with a reward, etc. All linked.

acces to vengoth can really be possible, because i've completed vengoth quest and i still can't enter a single sealed door
