1. My friend told me that the way to rosh is too hard for me
2. I dont know how to get there

It is rather easy. Go full speed and with stone skin amulets. It is doable.

A lot of depends on what server you're playing, running at some worlds might only be possible right after SS, as some high level eks rush the Guzz Valley in order to get horns, spawning a lot of guzzlemaws(sometimes there's few times more of them than from normal respawn). Also, try to pick a day without Sights of Surrender.
