I found it on 01/28/2020, after 3 days of being completely in his Tomb, he finally took time to see it, I think he discovered a bit of how the pattern is so that he could get out of his Sarcophagus.

What a great shot, wish it was a screenshot within the computer though Any nice loot?

I suppose that this boss spawn depends on the number of creatures you kill in the tomb because (i don't remember where but..) i read somewhere that once in the doble spawn event, the tomb was full of people charming the creatures all day and Mahatheb spawned 4 times in that day.
