With full equipment for meh, and free spawn ofc. On premium stamina is about between 1 and 2 hours. Based on what I am doing right now (talking, chatting, listening to music)
Only way to success, is to set the goal, and train.

between 2~3 hours doing the roookie guard quest

it gives some gold indeed, as well as eq, but just beeing in the premmy area it can take only around 30 mins
