With full equipment for meh, and free spawn ofc. On premium stamina is about between 1 and 2 hours. Based on what I am doing right now (talking, chatting, listening to music)

between 2~3 hours doing the roookie guard quest

it gives some gold indeed, as well as eq, but just beeing in the premmy area it can take only around 30 mins

But with normal (Non Rookstayer) character it takes me ~1h.

Less than an hour with full gear in a new char.
