today i saw antidote rune on rookgard, how can i obtain it?

You can't obtain it anymore.
A few years ago NPC Lily sold it.
Then it was replaced with Antidote Potion.
However, some does still exist. From the "old" days.

I've got one if you want to see it :p but it's impossible to get it now.
