Our history started a few years ago, on a different world called Secura. The challenges were not the same anymore, so we decided to have a fresh start on a new world, Luminera, with over 25 friends from our former guild.
We have passed through so many things, like the end of our guild, but true friendships last forever and here we are to prove...
...that Tibia isn't just a game!
DAY 1
Much has been said about an island called Chyllfroest that was discovered in the northwest corner of Svargrond. Usually there is no way to access it, but during a time of year, strong wind currents passes through the region and form an ice bridge that connects this curious and little explored island to Hrodmir. Fascinated with the possibility of exploring this island, we left immediately towards the bridge that would take us to our new adventure. After crossing the bridge, we passed through the island surface very quickly, dodging several creatures that were too slow and weak to hold our attention. After all, we are an experienced group, used to cross long distances swiftly. On the way to the most dangerous areas of Chyllfroest, we found majestic Frost Dragons - very common creatures in the region. After facing them, which was not difficult considering the strength of our group, we came to the entrance of the deepest part of the island, a cave inhabited by dangerous creatures like Behemoths, Hellspawns, Ghathly Dragons, Demons and Hellhounds.
The hunting proceed with the knight gathering a considerable amount of creatures, for others to benefit from the use of runes and spells area, because most of the creatures of the cave receives considerable damage from energy and ice elements, allowing the mages to use all their power attack against the mobs of creatures, while the paladin was responsible for eliminating monsters that ran at the end of the battle, besides blocking monsters who weren’t under the influence of the knight.
After a long hunt we went back to the city. It was time to relax and enjoy a few drinks in Dankwarts' tavern.
DAY 2
As we spent the night in Svargrond, we decided to further explore the region. Nearby the city, there are a few mines that were forsaken a long time ago. It's still unknown if that was because they got frozen and they are not very accessable or because of the dangerous it harbors. We organized ourselves and went to explore the zone.
On the deepest floors we fought Nightmares, Destroyers, Lost Souls, Plaguesmiths and even Demons. The knight got the front, protecting the shooters from the creatures but, as always, there were a monster or another that our paladin ended up blocking in order to keep the mages safe. Some of the monsters we fought with were weak to ice spells and a few to energy spells. The knight and paladin used their physical attacks as usual and the mages took turns between their strongest spells and avalanche runes.
Exploring the last floor, we discovered the Yakchal Crypt. Then we decided to desecrate her tomb in pursuit of treasuries, so we used a Frozen Starlight to wake the ice queen. Furious, she sent an army of ice creatures to fight us and defend her tomb. The sorcerer used all of her powers and energy spells while the other shooters used thunderstorms and sudden death runes to defeat them all - quickly, that happened. Until Yakchal came herself to the battle.
We showed her no mercy and it didn't take much for us to bring her down. Sadly, the loot was a shame.
We continued hunting in the mines until we finished our supplies, and before nightfall, we were already resting in the city.
DAY 6
A new expedition is coming, the fate of our adventure goes to the unfamiliar Roshamuul. Newly discovered by inquisitors, this mysterious island inhabited by strange and powerful demonic forces, holds many secrets and dangers that can lead to death even skilled warriors or whole unsuspecting teams that tries to explore these lands without proper precaution. We began our hunt passing through strange creatures called Frazzlemaws and Silencers. Apparently weak, in large quantities they are hard to be eliminated. Passing the bridge, heading towards the city, we also began to find stronger creatures, Guzzlemaws and feared Sight of Surrenders.
Due to the large amount of monsters, we moved slowly because sometimes the knight was already surrounded by eight creatures. We also used some fire bombs to protect shooters against Silencers and, sometimes, mages used magic shield for their own protection, because the combined attacks of the creatures could easily kill them.
Towards the north of the island, we crossed the walls of the ancient city, and then we found ourselves with strange demons as Choking Fears and Retching Horrors.
Running out of supplies, we didn't waste time to make our way to a safe area, where we found a carpet that took us to a place far away from there. We were in Thais. It was time to have a break, time to have a drink on Frodo's tavern.
DAY 7
Excited about the profit that we obtained in Roshamuul the day before, we decided to return there. However, taking advantage that we were hunting on the island, we decided to make every 20 minute Lure Silencers task, in order to obtain Inquisition golds. The goal is to attract silencers to the Silencer Plateu using silencer resonating chambers.Shooters stayed on left side of the Plateau, protected by fire bombs, in order to prevent Silencers reduce their magic level, harm their spell attack and the healing of the Knight. Meanwhile the paladin helped the knight to block Silencers that remained. For each task, we did that during four waves, each approximately with 15-20 Silencers. In the last wave, the one with Sight of Surrenders, we stayed near stairs for our protection, because they pass through all fields and bombs.
Time passed so fast that we didn't even notice, we did this for hours. It was very lucrative and we had a lot of fun.
DAY 8
Once again we went back to Roshamuul, but at a different place. We heard rumors about a prison created by ancient inhabitants of Roshamuul to imprison terrifying creatures and even more powerful demons. We were very excited to go there. We explored the area and then we found the entrance. The place is basically a maze. We walked through narrow corridors infested with Dark Torturers, Plaguesmiths, Blightwalkers and dangerous monsters like Juggernauts and Hellhounds. We also met for the very first time Demon Outcasts, disgusting creatures!
All the way we used energy walls to protect shooters and prevent the escape of monsters like Dark Torturers and Plaguesmiths. Our knight also used poison bombs under himself to keep away Energy Elementals summoned by Demon Outcasts, so he could block stronger creatures.
After discovering the place, we decided to leave. It was time to start planning our next adventure on Tiquanda.
DAY 12
Exploring Tiquanda, we decided to hunt in Banuta. We got a shortcut and went straight to the -4 floor. From -4 to -8 we fought a lot of Medusae, Hydras and Serpent Spawns. Besides, in some of the floors there were a few kinds of monsters a little bit different from the ones we had already met - as for example, Souleaters, Hellspawns, Behemoths and Frost Dragons. The focus in our hunt were the -7 and -8 floors since those are the ones with most number of creatures. Most of the creatures on this place are weak to physical, energy e fire attacks. Therefore, the mages were able to use thunderstorm or great fireball runes. Yet the sorcerer used her fire and energy spells as well as the druids could use their ice spells agaisnt them while the knight and paladin their physical ones.
Generally, the strategy was the knight lure the most creatures possible and the shooters attack. In some situations, we used fire bombs to avoid Medusae and Serpent Spawns turning into the shooters. Also, we thrown a few energy wall runes to avoid the creatures running away on the red life.
The whole group got many experience points in this hunt. When we were tired, we returned to Port Hope where we spent the night.
DAY 13
As soon as the day dawned, we were already on the boat towards Ankrahmun, where we decided to spend a couple of days hunting pharaohs. The first we chose was Rahemos. We went down the floors of the oasis tomb passing through traps, invisible walls and demonic illusions, until we reach the entrance of the place where the pharaoh is located. It is a small room where you can see some magical items and a Magicthrower in the center. To prevent attacks from the tower, we summoned a demon skeleton to receive its damages. Rahemos is a creature with powerful spells attacks, but he’s too weak to physical, so the knight used all his skills in melee combat to attack him, followed by the paladin that caused major damage with his ammunitions. In addition, the mages also used explosion runes to attack, so Rahemos was always eliminated very quickly.
The pharaoh spawned every 5 minutes, we spent hours killing him. Sadly, we didn't get a Twin Axe, which was our goal. So, we returned to the city.
DAY 14
Continuing our hunt for pharaohs, it was time to face the most powerful of them: Ashmunrah. He's located on a tomb in the center of Ankrahmun. After crossing a path filled with Magicthrowers, we entered the room where Ashmunrah is imprisoned, one of the most feared pharaohs, responsible for guarding the entrance to the altar where it's possible to put together the pieces of the helmet of the ancients. The knight held the creature in a way that shooters could attack without problems, meanwhile mages chose to use their energy and ice spells, while the paladin used his ranged attacks to hurt the boss.
Unfortunately, we didn't loot anything good, but at least some of us could finish the Helmet of the Ancients quest.
DAY 17
There are several interesting hunting options in the city of the Razachai’s Empire. One is Drakens, where the 8th mission of the Wrath of the Emperor quest occurs. There are two ways to access it: by a teleport that will take you to the deepest floor or by an underground passage that can be accessed from the palace and that will take you to the top floor of the construction. We chose the second option. On the upper floors we found Draken Warmasters and Draken Spellweavers, plus some Lizards. The hunt gets more dangerous on the underground floors. There are a very large and varied number of creatures: Dragons, Wyrms, Serpent Spawns, Demon, besides Draken Abominations and Draken Elites - the strongest of the race. Extra care is necessary and also a dwarven ring, because Draken Abominations love to cause drunkenness on their victims.
All floors are composed of narrow corridors that connects the rooms where the creatures are. Most of the time, the knight was positioned inside larger rooms with the greatest possible amount of creatures, while druids blocked their entrances with wild growth runes, facilitating the attack of the shooters as well the healing of the knight. The mages used avalanche runes and waves, since most creatures are weak to ice and energy. The paladin served as secondary blocker, and used divine caldera to reach the largest possible number of creatures. In some situations, the shooters used energy fields to protect themselves from Draken Abominations and Draken Spellweavers.
When we finally got to the last floor, we found a teleport that led us straight to the exit. Then we headed to Farmine looking for a place to rest.
DAY 20
Eager for new hunts, it was impossible to ignore Towncryer warning us that a Fury Gate was active. After searching in many cities, we found it in Thais. The portal gave us access to the Fury Dungeon, a place surrounded by volcanic lava and creatures that make our thoughts burn. We prepared ourselves with our best equipments to face them. We were ready!
The knight went down the stairs first, surrounding himself with the greatest possible amount of monsters, such as: Dragonlings, Hellfire Fighters, Massive Fire Elementals, Dragon Lords and Furies. However, we also had to face Diabolic Imps and Infernalists and they are really annoying with their distance attacks, principally to shooters. It was impossible to protect them using energy or poison fields, because of frequent fire bomb attacks from monsters.
Once all creatures of this place are weak to ice, the mages decided to use the largest possible attack of this type of element, interspersing with a few spells of energy and earth, killing all creatures blocked by the knight so quickly, while the paladin used crystalline arrows to eliminate the creatures with distance attacks. At the deepest levels, the weaker shooters in our group decided to use magic shield, because we had to face some Hellhounds and do this without any protection, as everyone knows, is not a good idea.
It was a good hunt and we had a great profit. It would be better if we had found Furyosa, but we had no such luck.
DAY 22
Our search for new emotions led us to Fiehonja, an undersea area located in Gray Beach. For those who step for the first time on the island, the area can be accessed through a hole that is located on the east side of Gray Beach. Experienced adventurers like us can use a teleport in the center of the island, so we did it. Unlike other underwater areas, we didn't need to use a Helmet of the Deep and our speed was not reduced. Thanks to Spectulus, who gave us special equipments to go there. We found all types of Deeplings there: Deepling Scouts, Deepling Spellsingers, Deepling Warriors, Deepling Guards, Deepling Elites, Deepling Master Librarians and Deepling Tyrants. We also found weaker creatures such as Sharks and beautiful Manta Rays.
We killed them quickly because Deepling Spellsingers use mana drain and reduce melee skills, making difficult the attacks of the knight. The druids used earth spells to confront them, as they are resistant to ice. On the other hand, the sorcerer used all her energy power against them. The paladin helped to intercept other creatures and used holy spells to attack. Due to the large number of monsters, sometimes we had to use energy bombs to protect the shooters.
After our supplies run out, we used our Small Golden Anchors on the Golden Anchor to leave the place.
DAY 25
We decided to explore the legendary place located underneath Plains of Havoc, the famous Pits Of Inferno. Since we all have already been there before, we went to the Necromancer House and took a shortcut that led us straight to the main room.We started by the seal of the Throne of Apocalypse, as known as the seal of the dangerous Juggernauts. Right after jumping on the teleport, we fell into an abandoned boat with Furies and Destroyers.
In this part of the hunt, the earth powers of the druids were very useful, because all the monsters in this seal are well damaged by them. We continued protecting the shooters from the physical attacks from the Juggernauts with energy bombs and walls through all the way until the end of the seal.
After that, we entered the seal of the Throne of Tafariel, the house of the Dark Torturers at POI. Due to the high level of our blocker, we managed to hunt on this seal by invading all the rooms and luring a large amount of creatures. Also, to keep everyone safe we could trap the shooters with Wild Growth runes created by the druids.
Finally, we went to the seal of the Throne of Verminor, as known as the green seal. This place is filled with monsters that attacked us with poison spells. We fought a whole lot of Plaguesmiths, Sons of Verminor, Defilers and Blightwalkers. The sorcerer spells were the most effectives since all the creatures are weak to energy. Also, the knight combined Blood Rage with his meele attacks and caused great damages to them. The druids, besides healing the knight and paladin, shot thunderstorm runes to attack and the paladin used Divine Caldera to cause area damage and helped blocking a few monsters as well.
It had been a while since we entered the Pits of Inferno. When we finally left the seal of Verminor, we went back to Venore, where we spent the night playing dice with Zebron.
DAY 28
We decided to spend a few days hunting some of the feared demons known as The Ruthless Seven Minions, and then we went to the Demon Forge, located in the depths of the Edron Hero cave.We started our jorney going to Ushuriel’s lair. On the way we faced Hellfire Fiighters, Behemoths, Juggernauts and some weaker creatures. We had a bit of work, but we managed to get to the boss portal. The place where the beast lives is surrounded by Eyes of The Seven, creatures that attack anyone who is visible, which forced us to use invisible spell (or stealth rings) to facilitate our fight against Ushuriel.
The knight always lured the boss to a corner of the room where he was trapped with wild growth runes to prevent his escape. The mages used their best energy and ice spells to attack the boss, while the paladin used sharpshooter to increase his distance skill and cause the most damage possible. The knight used his physical combat skills combined with blood rage to smash the monster.
Unfortunately, after four hours of hunting, our efforts were not rewarded and we left with a terrible loot.
DAY 29
Heading towards the last part of the Demon Forge, after we passed through a path full of Juggernauts, Hellhounds, Sons of Verminor, Nightmares and Demons, we found Hellgorak. This boss, unlike the others, is almost invulnerable, it would be impossible to face him without a secret discovered by the inquisitors. There are several creatures called Dreadbeasts on his room, they guard the place and are the only known weapon against Hellgorak. We used convince creature runes to turn them into our summons and we put them to attack the boss, surrounding him. The Dreadbeasts attacked the beast while they were healed by the druids. It is worth mentioning that the knight positioned Hellgorak in a way that he would cause the least possible damage to the shooters and the Dreadbeasts.Although we didn’t get any extraordinary loot, we had a reasonable profit after a few hours of hunt.
DAY 30
Our destiny now was to face the brutal Annihilon, one of the deadliest of the group. On the way of this battle we defeated a lot of Warlocks, Diabolic Imps, Undead Dragons, Demons, besides many undead that haunt the path, such as Lost Souls, Phantasms and Spectres. As we entered the boss room, we faced a huge amount of Deathspawns, apparently weak creatures, but with powerful attacks, which forced us to use fire bombs to protect us from them. The knight blocked the boss diagonally to prevent his beans, while the mages attacked with fire and ice spells. The paladin and the knight used their strongest physical attacks to help defeat the boss.
We killed the beast several times until he finally dropped one of his rare items: a demonbone!
CONCLUSION
We loved organizing our hunting diary for this contest. After all, we were even closer during this amazing experience. In addition, we visited some really nice places to hunt. So, we would like to thank GuildStats.eu for this opportunity. We would also like to use this space to say that we are Brazilians, so forgive us if there are some misspellings (unfortunately, our English is not perfect). We hope you enjoy everything we did!
