1. Did you know... number 101 is perfect number in many cultures ? That's why Cartography 101 mean that you are the perfect Cartographer?

2. Did you know... many places, monsters are taken from greece mythology or greek language for example: cyclopolis (polis - city), minotaur, or yalahar (mystical atlantida)

3. Did you know... there were anti bot monsters which got a lot of hp and they were healing very fast? But people abuse them for skilling so they got removed.

4. Did you know... not all mounts are ready for tame with item? There is one which you need to create - it's glooth glider!

5. Did you know... Tibia teach and encourage to
improving knowledge through many references to world literature fe. Robinson Crusoe story, tales of a thousand and one nights?

Lot of interesting stuff already posted but here goes!

1. If you wear a stealth ring and are then transformed by a creature you will keep the transformation until the stealth ring runs out or is removed. Most transformations aren't too special but Ice Witches can turn you into a snowman and Yalahar has a spawn of them close to town...

2. There is a daily spawn of a stamped parcel containing three fresh dead human bodies in the Plains of Havocs dragon cave. This is a fairly unique object as you cannot normally "take" (put into a container) a fresh human corpse but since they are spawned into the gameworld already inside a takeable object (the parcel), you can take the parcel containing the bodies, if you have the capacity, or drag it to your depot.

3. On the topic of daily spawns, did you know there is a daily spawn of a wooden trunk (the type seen on Yasirs ship) in the Venore swamp? It's upstairs in a tiny shack near Norman the Foreman. There are other daily spawn furniture items that cannot yet be purchased from NPCs near the Goblin Merchant (Venorean style pendulum clock) and in Outlaw camp too.

4. If a randomly spawned boss is not killed in around four hours it will disappear, even if someone just began fighting it! (understandably there are proposals to change this)

5. Even if you have outstanding fines from killing Huskies you can still use the sled to travel from Svargrond to Nibelor by walking onto the sled with at least one ham in your backpack to drive it yourself (the same way you use the sled from Nibelor to Grimlund and vice versa). NPC Nilsor doesn't care too much about your crimes and will still allow you passage back to Svargrond from Nibelor.

6. Monsters no longer fall down pitfalls when they walk over them.

7. Butterflies, which are required for an Explorer Society quest, used to be difficult to find because they would move all over the jungle trying to avoid players. Since monsters now stay near their spawn point even the elusive red butterfly is predictable and easier to find without heading all the way to Yalahar.

I'll try to think of three more later.

Some more interesting facts :)

Curiosity ▪8▪

In the early years of Tibia, many myths surrounded the black sheep.
They were fairly rare, with only a couple known spawns, the most famous being in the Femor Hills.
Current speculation suggests that black sheep used to drop rare items, such as Magic Plate Armor or Golden Boots,
but there is no evidence to support this.

Curiosity ▪9▪

Blue Robe
Some say this magical robe was found in a Cyclops in 6.4. It just said "Blue Robe" with the attributes of a Cape. Some think it was hackers who put it in. It wasn't until 7.4 that this "Blue Robe" was put in the game as a new item.

Curiosity ▪10▪

Did you know that ... Saleswoman in a magic shop in Carlin, Rachel, attack you if you lie to her? After greeting asks: "Welcome, brother (Player Name) ! Wasn't your name (Player Name)? What brings you here? ". If you answer "no", Rachel shouts: "First lesson: DON'T LIE TO RACHEL!" and cause thy arson. (Rachel behaves only for mages).

Curiosity ▪11▪

King Tibianus is one of the oldest NPCs, since he lives in Thais, the oldest town of Tibia.

Curiosity ▪12▪

There is the possibility of adding NPC to ignore list by clicking on its statement on the channel Default.

8. Did you know that?... It was possible to enter the Colossus Fortress during test server in 2013?

9. Have you ever wondered?... Which treasure room in Tibia has the greatest treasures? Visit the chamber of pharaoh Morguthis.

#5: While mapclicking to a destination, if your character happens to pass a pitfall, it will fall down into it unless it was freshly fallen into (closes after 1m 10s) then it will dodge it like a regular obstacle.

#6: Before the 7.5 version of Tibia, worms were not required for fishing. What attracted them to certain death? :?

#7: Years ago, gamemasters would respond (in gamemaster form) and help players if needed with things such as another player blocking an entrance, but now this and other problems no longer require this assistance due to game adjustments, like no longer being able to block someone with a parcel.

#8: Did you know? With a total of 8 pets in all of Tibia and half of them being dogs, there are no domesticated cats or cat NPC's.

#9: It seems every game of chess is a moment from Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone! All chess pieces are life size.. In fact, most objects are not very proportional with comparison to the Tibia character.

#10: Why would anyone want a slug mount, would it not go slower?

Curiosity #1
In any other game gamemasters were not as seen as in Tibia, they were treated like gods. They were able to teleport, they may be invisible and some have argued that they can create objects. In 2010, they bade farewell to their positions and their role replaced the detection system.
Curiosity #2

You know the Isle of the Kings? Near it is another small Isle of Solitude called the island of GMs, which was once the seat of GMs in her basement there are dungeons which were transferred to the players who killed the other players at a time when there was no skull system.

Curiosity #3

On banuta you can find a gate from 999lvl, has so far been shrouded in mystery, but at one of the test servers are unable to reach the level of 1000 and higher, and the players checked where it leads teleport .. after the entry into him there was nothing special.

Curiosity #4

The Tibia spells are assigned only to one character class but once spells were taught of rolls so it is quite possible that today on the world of Tibia you can meet a Knight with Exura Gran.

Curiosity #5

Tibia is tibial bone in Latin. At the beginning of the creators they did not know that. Some time later They created Fibula, which means another bone in Latin.

Curiosity #6

Two witches broom weigh 6.66 oz which is a reference to Satan's number.

Curiosity #7

In Tibia you can find globe despite the fact that the world of Tibia is flat.
