New Balancing Changes

players,
we will release new balancing changes tomorrow. These include buffs to the energy and ice section of the Secret Library, various Ferumbras' Grounds, the Falcon Bastion, Carnivora's Rocks and some Kilmaresh hunting grounds.
As always you can find all the changes, including the latest ones, in the updated announcement. They will also be announced in the client tomorrow again.
