With today's server save, we have removed the Premium-only status of Esmera, Issobra, and Nadora

With today's server save, we have removed the Premium-only status of Esmera, Issobra, and Nadora. Further, Adra, Utobra, and Wizera are no longer blocked game worlds. After a careful evaluation we decided to remove the block. This means that character world transfers to these worlds are now possible.
