The new OCE game worlds&nbsp;<strong>Oceanis, Stralis </strong>(Optional PvP)<strong> </strong>and<strong> Victoris </strong>(Open PvP)&nbsp;are now up and running! As announced, <strong>Victoris</strong> and <strong>Stralis</strong> are blocked for character world transfers for a significant amount of time and only Premium accounts are able to play there at the moment.
