[Newsticker] Server Reboot and Issue fixed

Cipsoft had to shut down and reboot all game worlds in order to fix an issue with the experience points and skill training boost. The game worlds will be offline for about 20 minutes and should be back online around 13:50 CEST. There will be no reset.
